This packaging designed for the "CHA SHI YU LIANG," which means rice in tea house, offers a complex, highly functional set of trays tea snacks. The box is a complex structure with two symmetrical sides that fold out to give users access to the individually packaged products. The overall visual is that of an ancient Chinese legend of Xuan Wei Zhen Ren Guiguzi drinking tea before delivering a sermon in the Qingxiyunmeng Valley. These cultural associations give the brand new positioning and also link it to traditional cultural symbols. The packaging design also includes accompanying suggestion cards that guide the consumer in matching tea with the various snacks.
